JannahCall is a prayer utility and Muslim community platform providing automated Adhan call reminders, prayer tracking, and a community feed (the "Ummah Feed"). Prayer times are automated estimates — users are responsible for independently verifying prayer times.
All content in the Services — including source code, designs, graphics, audio, video, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Jannah Call LLC. You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Services only.
By using the Services you confirm that all information you provide is accurate; you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; you are not under 13; and your use will not violate any applicable law.
Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account. We may remove usernames that are inappropriate at our sole discretion.
We accept payments via Stripe and Apple In-App Purchase. All payments are in US dollars. Prices may change at any time. See our Refund Policy for full refund terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Cancel anytime through your account settings.
JannahCall is a Muslim community platform. The following results in an immediate permanent ban with no refund:

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the JannahCall app on your personal devices. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or build a competing product using the app.
Apple App Store: This license is between you and Jannah Call LLC only — not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for breach of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Before any formal dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Hennepin County, Minnesota. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT PRAYER TIMES WILL BE 100% ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JANNAH CALL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING ONE (1) MONTH OR $50.00 USD.
JannahCall uses SMS solely to deliver one-time passcodes (OTP) for account verification and login security. No marketing or promotional SMS messages are ever sent.
During registration, users enter their phone number on the in-app Verify Account screen. Before tapping Verify, the following disclosure is displayed: "By tapping Verify, you agree to receive a one-time passcode via SMS for account verification only. No marketing messages will be sent. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out or HELP for help." No SMS is sent before the user completes this action.
One message per verification request. No recurring messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
No mobile information — including phone numbers — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for account verification and are never sold or shared.
