We want you to be happy with JannahCall. If something went wrong on our end, we will make it right. If you changed your mind or violated our community guidelines, refunds are generally not available.
Since JannahCall is a subscription app delivered through Apple (iOS), most refund requests are handled directly by Apple — not us. We don't control Apple's refund decisions, but we'll always support a legitimate request on our end.
JannahCall memberships (Premium, paid membership, Silver) are subscription-based and processed through Apple In-App Purchase or Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period — you retain access until the period ends.
If a paid feature did not work due to a bug or technical failure on JannahCall's side and we were unable to resolve it, contact us. We will review and process a refund or credit where appropriate.
If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a payment error, contact us immediately and we will correct it.
If you were charged after properly cancelling your subscription before the renewal date, contact us with proof and we will refund the incorrect charge.
For iOS subscriptions, Apple handles refunds directly. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple makes the final decision on iOS refunds — we don't control this process, but we will never oppose a legitimate refund request.
If you simply decided you no longer want the subscription after being charged, this does not qualify for a refund. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid future charges.
We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
If your account was terminated due to a violation of our community guidelines — including posting inappropriate content, profanity, haram material, harassment, spam, or any other banned behavior — you are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances. This policy is non-negotiable and is agreed to when you accept our Terms of Service.
If your subscription auto-renewed because you forgot to cancel, this does not qualify for a refund. We recommend setting a reminder before your renewal date.

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. In cases of conflict, the Terms of Service govern. Jannah Call LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
