End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Jannah Call LLC ("Company," "we," "us") for the use of the JannahCall mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Jannah Call LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you personally own or control
• Use the App for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial Islamic lifestyle and prayer utility

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or distribute the App to any third party.

3. Restrictions

You may not, and you may not permit anyone else to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App
• Sell, rent, lease, transfer, sublicense, or distribute the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or branding in the App
• Use the App to build a competing product or service
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the App
• Exploit the App in any unauthorized commercial manner

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, code, designs, and trademarks, is and remains the exclusive property of Jannah Call LLC. This EULA grants you a license to use the App — it does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Jannah Call LLC.

5. User Content

Content you create and post through the App (posts, photos, videos, ) remains yours. By posting content, you grant Jannah Call LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Content that violates our community guidelines will be removed and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Updates and Maintenance

Jannah Call LLC may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. By installing updates, you agree that this EULA applies to all updated versions. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or maintenance, though we intend to actively maintain and improve the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services including Apple (App Store, In-App Purchase), Google (Play Store, Maps API), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (security). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• This EULA is between you and Jannah Call LLC only — not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for the App
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App — that responsibility lies with Jannah Call LLC
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you
• You confirm you are not in a US-embargoed country or on any US government restricted-party list

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to operate the App. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the App and continues until terminated. It terminates automatically and immediately if you:

• Breach any provision of this EULA
• Violate our community guidelines
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid subscription period, particularly in cases of guideline violations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. JANNAH CALL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT PRAYER TIMES WILL BE 100% ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JANNAH CALL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING ONE (1) MONTH OR $50.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any dispute arising under this EULA shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, including binding arbitration in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Jannah Call LLC regarding your use of the App.
