When does JannahCall launch?

+

JannahCall is launching very soon on iOS. The countdown on our homepage shows exactly how long. Android is coming shortly after.

Is JannahCall free?

+

Yes. Basic is free forever — prayer tracking, groups, the Ummah Feed, and more. Paid plans unlock additional features. No hidden fees.

Is JannahCall available outside the US?

+

Yes. JannahCall is available globally. The Silver call to prayer feature is currently US-only but expanding.

What age do I need to be?

+

We recommend 18+. Users under 18 may use JannahCall with parental consent and supervision, consistent with standard social platform practices.

Is JannahCall ad-free?

+

Yes. JannahCall has never and will never run ads. We are funded by memberships, not advertisers. Your data is never sold.

How does the prayer streak work?

+

Pray 4 out of 5 daily prayers and your streak is maintained. Pray fewer than 4 and you lose it. Every prayer earns 1 Hasanat point.

What are Hasanat points?

+

Every prayer you log earns 1 Hasanat. They accumulate over time and never reset unless used. You can spend 600 Hasanat to restore a lost streak within 24 hours of losing it.

What is the 2-hour window?

+

After each prayer time, you have 2 hours to confirm whether you prayed. After 2 hours the window closes permanently — you cannot go back and change it.

Can anyone see my prayer data?

+

No. Your prayer dashboard, streak, and Hasanat are completely private. Only you can see them — not followers, not admins, not JannahCall.

How are prayer times calculated?

+

Prayer times are calculated based on your location and timezone automatically. Set your location once and JannahCall handles the rest.

What can I post on the Ummah Feed?

+

Islamic reminders, duas, reflections, halal lifestyle content, news, and community support. Basic members can post text. paid members can post text posts.

What gets you banned?

+

Explicit content, threats, impersonation, scamming, radicalization, and content involving minors result in immediate permanent ban with no appeal. See our Community Guidelines for the full list.

Can I make my account private?

+

Yes. Private accounts require you to approve followers before they can see your content or comment on your posts. You can switch between public and private anytime.

How does blocking work?

+

When you block someone you both become completely invisible to each other — no content, no profile, nothing. It is a full mutual invisibility.

Can I report content or users?

+

Yes. You can report any user from their profile, and any post or comment directly from the content. Serious safety concerns go to safety@jannahcall.com

How do groups work?

+

Groups are community chat spaces — public (anyone can join) or private (invite only). Admins control membership and can toggle between public and private anytime.

What happens if an admin deletes their account?

+

If the group creator deletes their account, the group and all its content is permanently deleted.

What happens when a member is removed?

+

When an admin removes a member, all of that member's posts and comments in the group are removed with them.

How many groups can I join?

+

Basic: up to 3 groups · Premium: up to 5 groups · paid membership: up to 10 groups. Group sizes follow the same tiers.

Can Basic members receive ?

+

Yes. All members can hear and receive . Only Premium members and above can post photos on the feed.

What does Premium include?

+

Premium unlocks photo sharing from your camera roll on the feed, up to 5 groups with 200 members each, and longer post limits. Pricing in-app.

What does paid membership include?

+

Everything in Premium plus up to 10 groups, 200 members per group, even longer post limits, and a purchasable Blue verified badge on your profile. Pricing in-app.

How do verified badges work?

+

JannahCall has two badge types. The Gold badge is reserved for recognized Imams, scholars, and community influencers — it is awarded by JannahCall and cannot be purchased. The Blue badge is available for any member to purchase and represents identity verification and supporter status.

What is Silver?

+

Silver is our call-to-prayer feature — a real incoming phone call at every Adhan, 5 times a day. Choose from premium Adhan voices or record your own. Launching post-iOS release. US only initially.

Why do memberships exist?

+

Memberships keep JannahCall free of third-party advertising and spam-free. They fund the servers, development, and the team. Your money builds a better platform for the Ummah — not into an advertiser's pocket.

Can I cancel my membership?

+

Yes. Cancel anytime through your account settings before the next billing date. See our Refund Policy for full details.

+

Name, email, phone for verification, and location for prayer times. We collect only what we need. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
